Record setting attendance (53 participants) for our first ever event in Southeast LA . The event headquarters were at Bobby Lynn's marina in Leeville. We give away a Jackson Cuda Kayak donated by Pack and Paddle to the Leopard Redfish winner. Also included was the mulitspecies Heavy-Stringer category . Heavy-Stringer (trout, red, flounder) rewarded cash payouts. Anglers could launch anywere on Hwy 1 from Golden Meadow south to Elmers, Fourchon and Grand Isle. We had great weather for the event, partly cloudy and of course summer heat.
